Red Rocks Crag CareDate:
On March 10 CCA members spent a day at Red Rocks climbing and cragcaring - starting the next stage of replacing the shiny brackets with dull brown powder coated brackets. This was in response to feedback from hikers about reflections from sunlight. A bit more than a third of the climbs received attention with more being addressed later. So far about 65 brackets have been updated. This will be continued and will probably require another set of powder coating. NB as the river was up we utilised a small inflatable dinghy.
