We've got a new Website

After many years of dedicated behind‑the‑scenes work from Cos, our old website has finally had its well‑earned retirement. The platform it was built on had reached the end of its supported life, and the tight restrictions around admin access meant Cos was carrying the entire load of updates, maintenance, and development. At the same time, our membership system had become increasingly manual, with Jack managing everything in spreadsheets, handwriting membership cards, and checking payments one by one through bank transfers.

Our new system aims to improve on all that.

The updated website lets us share the responsibility of keeping content fresh and relevant. It now supports online membership payments, digital membership cards, automated renewal reminders, welcome emails, regular news, photo galleries, document libraries and a built‑in event registration system—plus plenty of other helpful features.

Most importantly, it frees up time and energy. Instead of wrestling with admin tasks, we can focus on what actually matters: strengthening our community, improving communication, and spending more time climbing.

We’re also still actively developing and refining the new system. You’ll see regular improvements as we continue to build out features, streamline processes, and respond to the needs of our members. If you have questions, suggestions, or would like to lend a hand, we’d love to hear from you—your input helps shape the future of the CCA.

 

To get the most out of the new system Download the app. We've got the instructions below.
 

STEP 1. Download the App   

The first thing you need to do is download the mobile app onto your device. Select which device you have and click on the icon below and download the "Member Jungle" app. 

 

   

STEP 2. Search for our club name

 

Click on your new Member Jungle App icon and open the new app. 

We recommend you allow notifications so you can receive important updates from us

 

Now you need to search and add our club, click on the plus icon on the top right of the screen

Start typing our organisation name in the search bar, as pictured below.

 

Our Organisation Name will appear in the list on the screen, click on the Sign In button, as pictured below.

 

 

STEP 3. Logging In

If you are a current member you can login using your membership login details.
