Have you seen Member Jungle's 'Resources for members' page?

Our website provider, Member Jungle has a really handy Resources for members page, with info on how to use their system, here: https://www.memberjungle.com/memberinformation (not the same as CCA's resources page, which is https://canberraclimbing.org.au/climbingresources).  Resources for members is very useful and a great place to start, but the info there is generic across all clubs and associations using their system.  So below are answers to questions that might be specific to our site.

How do I log in?

For users who joined the CCA before 14 May 2026, your details have been automatically imported from our old system. Your username is the same as the email address you signed up with (you can change that after signing in if you wish).

To sign in, use the 'Sign In' button at the top right of the screen.

Why can't I see my emails?

Emails from our new system are sent from Canberra Climbers' Association <noreply@memberjungle.club>. If you can't see them in your inbox, they may be in your spam/junk folder.

If you still can't find them, please try our Contact Us page, and we'll double-check the email address you signed up with. Include a phone number so we can contact you without using email.

How can I leave CCA, for example if I'm leaving Canberra?

Sorry to see you go!  Just go to Contact Us and send us a message.
