Pre Trip Planning
To get a CCA event approved some basic planning and documentation needs to be put together. These are standard documents required by our Operations Manual / Insurance processes.
The basic steps for getting a trip planned are:
- Create a folder in DropBox for the event, under \CCA Members\Club Activities\Insured activities\
- the folder name should be YYYY-MM-DD {location}
- Create the standard documents for the event
- CCA Activity Proposal
- Emergency Response Plan
- Equipment Lists for Group and Participants
- Risk Management Plan
- Newsletter text
- This is the text which will be used for the event on the website later.
- Once these documents are complete they can be submitted to Zac and Jim for approval
